Amit Singh, MRICS, has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Amit currently holds the position of Country Head Leasing & Real Estate at InterGlobe Enterprises, a leading Indian conglomerate in the aviation, travel, and hospitality sectors. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy General Manager of Offices Leasing at DLF Limited. Amit has also worked as the Leasing Lead for Indian Group Assets at RICS, where they handled a portfolio of 8 million square feet of office, IT, and retail leasing. Amit has held managerial roles at Carrefour, Trent Ltd, Reliance Industries Limited, Knight Frank, and Unitech Limited, gaining expertise in real estate development, asset sale, and leasing.

Amit Singh, MRICS, has a diverse education history spanning multiple disciplines. In 1996, they completed their Bachelor's of Commerce degree with a focus on Economics, Finance, and Marketing at Canning College, University of Lucknow. Amit then pursued their ISC degree in Science at Colvin Taluqdars' College in Lucknow, which they completed in 1996.

Seeking further education, Amit decided to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing & Finance. From 2001 to 2003, they attended the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, where they successfully obtained their MBA degree.

To enhance their professional qualifications, Amit pursued additional certifications. In 2000, they completed a Graduate in Network Computing program offered by NIIT Limited. This certification added value to their skill set and knowledge in the field of network computing.

In 2015, Amit earned the MRICS (Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) designation, specializing in Commercial Property Practice. This qualification was obtained from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor, UK, which they attended from 2014 to 2015.

In order to further expand their knowledge and skills in management, Amit plans to enroll in the Executive Program in Management at Cornell University from 2022 to 2023. This program will provide him with valuable insights and enhance their management expertise.
