Sharbel El Tenn has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. sharbel began their career in 2013 as a CSR at Alfa Telecommunications and from 2014 to 2016, worked as an Administrative Assistant at ELISSA SAL. In 2016, they joined Byblos Bank Group, where they initially served as a Bank Teller and later as a Customer Relationship Officer until 2021.

In 2021, Sharbel transitioned to the role of Direct Sales Executive at OLX Lebanon, where they contacted potential and existing customers, guided them through product information, and closed sales. sharbel then moved on to work as a Direct Sales Executive at INFOSYSTA- Digital Transformation experts in Middle East in 2022, where they proactively found new customers through outbound and cold calls in the GCC Region.

Currently, Sharbel is employed at Intergo Telecom Ltd as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). sharbel'sresponsibilities include researching, identifying, and prospecting for new customers within assigned territories, driving outbound prospecting activities through phone, email, and LinkedIn, and scheduling qualified sales meetings.

Sharbel El Tenn completed their Bachelor's Degree in Financial Engineering from La Sagesse University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended CTI Lebanon and earned their High School diploma in General Science. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sharbel has obtained several certifications, including the "Beginner's Guide to Agile in Jira Badge" from Atlassian in September 2022, "Banking Ethics" from the Central Bank of Lebanon - Beirut in January 2018, and "Lebanese financial regulation" from the Central Bank of Lebanon - Beirut in January 2017. Sharbel also participated in the USEK inter-University Virtual Trading Competition 2016, organized by the Bank of Beirut & Thomson Reuters, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
