Don Heading

Don Heading is a seasoned mental health counselor currently employed at Interim, Inc. since September 2019, providing counseling and case management services. Previous experience includes a variety of roles focused on mental wellness support, such as working with the OMNI Resource Center and the Success Over Stigma programs as an intern. Don has also served as a peer advisor and writing tutor at California State University, Monterey Bay, and has experience in group and one-on-one tutoring at Cabrillo College. Additional roles include providing peer education, program coordination, health aide support, and office administration. Don possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Collaborative Health and Human Services from California State University, Monterey Bay, and an Associate of Science in Human Services from Cabrillo College.
