Kristina Branstetter is the Chief Operating Officer at InterImage. Kristina has over fifteen years of experience in leading complex projects and programs in support of Public Sector clients in the Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Homeland Security industries. Kristina has a focus on Project/Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, and Performance Management of Information Technology and Information Assurance capabilities.

Kristina has directed enterprise PMOs, programs, and projects with mega-budgets and accountability for hundreds of global sites. Kristina has driven cross-functional teams, including Functional Analysts, System Architects, Developers, and Testers.

Kristina has effectively managed the seamless delivery of projects as Portfolio Manager for multi-year IDIQ supporting major federal agency. Kristina achieved and/or exceeded aggressive targets for signings, revenue, and gross profit with direct benefit to IBM Global Business Services and Public Sector.

Kristina leveraged CMMI Development Maturity Level 3 certified methods to reduce workloads and attain on time and under budget results. Kristina oversaw modernization and upgrades of financial, grants management, and CRM systems, designed key roadmaps, gathered requirements, and collaborated with clients and stakeholders.

Kristina Branstetter's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School, a BS in Management Science from Virginia Tech, and certifications from IBM as a Senior Project Manager, ISACA as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
