Maura Welsh

Maura Welsh has extensive work experience in operations, HR, and recruitment. Maura currently holds the position of Director of Operations and HR at Interior Concepts, Inc. starting from June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Operations and HR Manager for the same company from February 2022 to June 2023. Maura also worked at Roots Market as the Director of HR and Benefits from September 2016 to February 2022. Before that, they served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Benefits from November 2014 to September 2016 and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from April 2013 to November 2014, where they handled various HR tasks such as payroll management, benefits administration, employee file management, and recruitment. Maura's earlier experience includes working as a Contractor in HR and Technical Recruitment/Recruiting Coordination at Millennial Media from May 2012 to January 2013, as well as an HR and Senior Corporate Recruiter at Dataprise from May 2008 to April 2012, where they managed the recruitment process and conducted interviews.

Maura Welsh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance, specializing in Opera, from The Catholic University of America. Maura pursued their education at the university from 2003 to 2007.
