Sarah Edwards is a healthcare leader and professional with extensive experience in various roles. Sarah started their career at London Health Sciences Centre in 2007 as a Pharmacy Resident. Sarah then joined North York General Hospital in 2008, where they worked as a Clinical Pharmacist until 2010. In 2011, Sarah became a Lecturer at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto.
In 2010, Sarah joined the University Health Network as a Cardiovascular unit clinical pharmacist and later became a Neurovascular unit clinical pharmacist. Sarah stayed with the University Health Network until 2014.
Since 2014, Sarah has been employed at Interior Health Authority. Sarah started as a Clinical Pharmacist and then became the Primary Care Network Manager. Currently, Sarah holds the position of Lead, Indigenous Strategy & Accountability, Indigenous Partnerships.
Sarah Edwards - Healthcare Leader and Professional has a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Regina, which was completed between 2017 and 2019. Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The University of British Columbia, obtained between 2003 and 2007. Sarah's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biomedical Sciences, Honours, from the University of Guelph, earned from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained the certification as a School 4 Change Agent in 2018 from the NHS institution.
