Luis Miniet

Luis Miniet has a wide range of experience in project management and process optimization. Luis is currently working as the Director of PMO Process and Change Management at Interior Logic Group, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing process improvement initiatives within the company.

Before joining Interior Logic Group, Inc., Luis worked as a Senior Program Manager at Broadridge, where they managed the development and implementation of a wealth management platform. Luis also provided strategic guidance to the agile product manager and leadership team.

Prior to that, Luis held the position of Director and Head of PMO at TIAA, where they implemented best-in-class standards for project management and mentored project managers. Luis also engaged with customers, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Additionally, Luis has experience as a Managing Director at WP Advisory, where they launched a new consulting firm and led business development efforts in the financial services sector.

Earlier in their career, Luis served as a Vice President at Nuveen and held various roles at TIAA, including Director of Reengineering Consultant, PMO Leader, and CFO of the Information Technology division.

Luis Miniet holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Columbia University. Luis also obtained their MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School. In addition, Luis Miniet has obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2023 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2022. Luis also holds a Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Fixed Annuities Agent license obtained from the Florida Department of Financial Services in 2020.
