Roxanna D. is a seasoned criminal investigator with extensive experience in federal agencies. Currently serving as a Criminal Investigator at the Interior Office of Inspector General since April 2023, Roxanna previously held the same title at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from April 2018 to April 2023. Prior to that role, Roxanna worked as a Supervisory Investigator and Investigator for the United States Department of Defense from November 2013 to April 2018. Roxanna holds a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology (Forensic) from the American School of Professional Psychology.
