Lindsay Schutter

Lindsay Schutter, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Catering & Events at Interlachen Country Club since February 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsay spent over a decade at the University of Minnesota, ascending through various positions within the Golden Gopher Fund, ultimately becoming the Director of Special Events. Responsibilities included coordinating internal special events, managing non-game day rentals at multiple athletic venues, and enhancing guest services for premium seating. Previous experiences also encompass internships with the Washington Redskins, Technology Forums, and AccessAbility, focusing on client services, event coordination, and marketing. Academically, Lindsay holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota and a BBA in Sport & Event Management and International Business from The George Washington University.
