Eric Gray's work experience begins in 1999 as a Project Engineer at Hazen and Sawyer. Eric works there until 2006 when they join Beaumont Services Company as a Project Manager. At Beaumont, they are responsible for coordinating construction activities, expediting orders, and reviewing various documents. In 2013, they move to UPMC, where they serve as a Program Manager until 2015. Finally, in 2016, they become the Executive Director of Facilities & Maintenance at Interlochen Center for the Arts.

Eric Gray attended Michigan State University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Eric then pursued a master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management at Wayne State University from 2003 to 2005.
