Andriy Dvorchyn

Andriy Dvorchyn has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Andriy started their career as an HR Manager at InterObject in 2007 before moving on to GlobalLogic where they held various roles including HR Manager, Head of Resourcing, and Resourcing Manager & Training Coordinator. In 2015, they joined N-iX as Head of HR/HR Business Partner, responsible for implementing HR services and managing employee relations. Andriy then worked as an Independent Consultant during a brief sabbatical period before joining Waverley Software as a Regional HR Manager/Administrative Director and Remit Ltd as the Head of Operations. At Vector Software Ltd, Andriy served as both the Head of Business Development and HR Director. Currently, they are working as the HR Director at InterLogic, where their main focus is on people management and providing insights for organizational development.

Andriy Dvorchyn completed their education at Lviv Academic Gymnasium from 1996 to 2000. Andriy then pursued a Magister's degree in Computing Science at the National University "Lvivska Politechnika" from 2000 to 2006.
