Sofia Christensen

Sofia Christensen has a diverse work experience in the HR and Recruiting field. Sofia is currently the Head of People and Wellness at IntermediaIT since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Tarjeta Elebar as the Responsible for Selection, Communication, and Benefits from April 2018 to November 2020. At Tarjeta Elebar, they were responsible for personnel selection, internal communication, and devising employee benefits.

Before their role at Tarjeta Elebar, Sofia worked at Pladema as the Head of Recruiting from February 2019 to October 2020. Sofia also had a role as a Consultant- IT Profile at GhidiniRodil from September 2017 to March 2018, where they carried out selection processes and headhunting.

Sofia also has experience at IBM, where they worked as a Recruitment Partner from September 2016 to August 2017. Sofia Christensen obtained their Licenciada en Recursos Humanos degree from Universidad del Salvador in the field of study of Licenciada en Recursos Humanos. Sofia attended this institution from 2011 to 2014. Later, Sofia pursued further education at the Escuela Argentina de PNL y Coaching, where they studied Coaching ontológico.
