Shannon McGinnis

Shannon McGinnis is an experienced professional in sales enablement and training, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement at Intermedia Cloud Communications since May 2017. In this role, Shannon leads a team focused on instructional design and sales training to equip sales and channel partners. Previously, Shannon held roles such as Sales Enablement Manager at Vertafore, where responsibilities included owning the sales enablement strategy and delivering projects that enhanced bookings and reduced sales cycle times. Shannon's extensive background includes coaching in public speaking, leading training teams at The Seattle Times Company, and consulting in business and leadership. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Nevada, Reno.
