Bartosz Cal

Bartosz Cal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in data analytics and reporting, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Data, Analytics and Reporting at Intermediate Capital Group since September 2004. In this role, Bartosz has established a consolidated function for analytics across all investment strategies, co-managed a cross-functional team of 45, and overseen key processes such as portfolio analytics, valuation for structured credit assets, and Liquidity Stress Testing implementation. Prior to this, Bartosz completed a rotational graduate program at JPMorgan Chase & Co., gaining diverse experience in asset management and finance. Bartosz holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from WU Executive Academy, a Master in European Studies from Aalborg University, and a Master in Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
