Hind El Gaidi

Hind El Gaidi is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Head of Luxembourg at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) since October 2023, where responsibilities include board membership, portfolio management, and oversight of legal, IT, and HR activities. Additionally, Hind is the Chairperson of the Steering Committee for CATAPULT: Future Foundation Program at The LHoFT, focused on overcoming challenges within Luxembourg's financial services sector. As a co-founder and board member of the Luxembourg Valuation Professionals Association (LVPA), and a board member of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA), Hind plays a pivotal role in promoting the valuation profession. From May 2019 to October 2023, Hind led financial information and valuation efforts at Astorg, and prior to that, garnered extensive experience at PwC, specializing in deal valuation. Educational background includes a Master's in Financial Management from Nyenrode Business University and an EMBA in M&A and Valuation from the University of Groningen.
