Jake Kaukola

Jake Kaukola is a dedicated music educator currently serving as a Music Teacher at Intermediate District 287's West Education Center in Minnetonka, MN since November 2022. Previously, Kaukola taught music at Nerstrand Elementary School and Kato Public Charter School, covering grades 6-12 for instrumental, choral, and general music. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in progress at Hamline University, a Master's degree in Music Teacher Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from McNally Smith College of Music. Kaukola's diverse experience also includes roles as a Graduate Assistant and various technical positions in the music industry.
