Scott Lantz, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resource Manager with a strong background in employee relations, recruiting, and training. Since January 2019, Scott has been overseeing HR activities at IFA, managing internal audits for over 30 branches. Prior to this, Scott served as Human Resources Manager at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort, where responsibilities included integrating a new time and attendance system and implementing company-wide training programs. Scott's extensive experience also includes roles at Levy Restaurants, Humana, and J3L Resources, with a focus on recruitment, staffing, and employee relations. Scott holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Eastern Michigan University and a BS in Business Administration from Wayne State University.
