Jesse Holden

Jesse Holden, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Manager at Intermountain Health since June 2013, following a role as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter. In this capacity, Jesse is responsible for workforce planning, focusing on registered nurses and certified nursing assistants within a prominent healthcare system spanning Utah, Idaho, and Nevada. Prior experience includes serving as a Patient Financial Counselor and Team Lead at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center from February 2010 to June 2013, where Jesse managed a significant in-patient eligibility counseling portfolio and achieved the highest Medicaid approvals for the Urban South Region in 2011 and 2012. Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University.
