Mandy Starling is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in communications, coaching, and leadership. As Co-Founder of Emotions By Design since January 2024, Mandy enables empaths and highly sensitive individuals to find emotional balance and utilize their unique gifts. Currently serving as an Enterprise Communications Manager at Intermountain Health, Mandy creates engaging newsletters for over 6,000 leaders. Previous roles include triathlon coach at TriDot Triathlon Training, founder of Mandy Star Coaching, and Business Process Manager at Brigham Young University, where Mandy adapted processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a background in teaching at Dixie State University and a strong communications foundation developed at Ancestry.com and the Department of Defense, Mandy holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Weber State University.
