Troy D. Spring

Troy D. Spring, MHA, CHFP, serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Revenue Cycle at Intermountain Healthcare since April 2022. Previously, Troy held the position of Vice President of Revenue Cycle at SCL Health from February 2015 to April 2022. Prior roles include Director of Revenue Management and Senior Manager of Finance at Duke University Health System, as well as various vice presidential roles at Web Tpa and a consulting role at Sprinx Health Systems. Troy began a career in healthcare management at Texas Health Huguley Hospital Fort Worth South and Transport Life Insurance Company. Troy holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Southwestern Adventist University.
