John Birr

John began his hospitality career more than thirty years ago as a Food & Beverage Manager. After that, he moved to Assistant General Manager then to General Manager. He is now one of the Regional Director of Operations. He has experience working with Holiday Inn, Hilton and Marriott hotels. As a Regional Director of Operations, John partners with hotel teams and their ownership to be good representatives of their brand and InterMountain management, promoting a culture to developing talents. He coaches and inspires the operation teams for improved guest satisfaction and work with the teams to engineer bottom line results. John is based in North West Florida in the city of Crestview.
