Ron Lahoda

Ron Lahoda has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and maintenance industry. From 2022 to present, they have been the Maintenance Manager at Intermountain Nutrition. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at OraTech, LLC, where they held the roles of Engineering Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Planner. In this role, they were responsible for creating and maintaining a preventative maintenance program, as well as document creation and updating of maintenance SOPs and Preventative Maintenance procedures in a document control environment. Ron also managed production parts inventory. From 2006 to 2015, Ron worked at Abbott Vascular, where they were the EQUIP/LINE TECH III. In this role, they led a shift of engineering equipment support to complete all equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair. Ron also created and performed preventative maintenance procedures, created change orders in a controlled document system, and managed complex preventative maintenance work order schedule for an entire department. From 1994 to 2006, Ron worked at Coe Newnes McGehee as a System Architect.

Ron Lahoda obtained a Technologist degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Okanagan College between 1987 and 1989. Ron then went on to earn a Bachelors in Business Management from University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2010. Lastly, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Accounting from University of Phoenix in 2012. Ron also obtained a certification in Communicating Values from LinkedIn in August 2020.
