Professor Vlatka Ariaana Hlupic is a distinguished leader in the field of management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Management Shift Solutions since May 2021, Vlatka founded the company to enhance global business performance through evidence-based leadership training and consulting. Vlatka holds the position of Honorary President at the Academy of Executive Coaching and is a Professor of Leadership and Management at Hult International Business School. Additionally, Vlatka contributes as a Global Thought Leader for the Internal Consulting Group and as Global Faculty for Headspring by Financial Times & IE Business School. Vlatka's previous roles include CEO of the Drucker Society London and Management Hacker at the Management Innovation Exchange. Vlatka's academic credentials include a PhD in Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with master's and bachelor's degrees in Information Systems and Economics from the University of Zagreb.
