Allison began her professional career as an EMT and search and rescue first responder prior to her move, where she has since spent the past seven years growing her professional career in various positions of business management. Focusing on improving the communication of leadership teams and developing a positive workplace culture, Allison enjoys discovering new ways to maximize work performance and present creative solutions to any problems that might arise. By living with the belief of being in service to others, Allison’s motivation and growth continue as she serves her community and fellow team members. She looks forward to bringing her experience and skillset to the team at IAOM and discovering the new and exciting opportunities that are within.
