Sandhya Talasila

Sandhya Talasila, PMP, is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Project Management at IAVI since November 2022, Sandhya previously held positions including Associate Director and Senior Project Manager at Sangamo Therapeutics, and Project Manager at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. Expertise includes managing project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring high-quality standards, resource planning, and effective conflict resolution. Sandhya has also contributed to CMC timeline management at Adverum Biotechnologies and has a solid background in strategic business development and scientific research through roles at Biological E. Limited, LAXAI, and GVK Biosciences. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Biotechnology from Bharathidasan University and completion of a Management Development Program at The Wharton School.
