Ilan Biton

Ilan Biton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in aviation security, logistics, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Jolter at Jolt.io since February 2023, Ilan is also the CEO of Enabling Insight, a consultancy focused on organizational achievements through a multidisciplinary approach. With a long-standing role as a Consultant and Facilitator for the International Air Transport Association and as a Senior Consultant on aviation security for the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, Ilan has extensive expertise in managing complex security projects. Previous positions include VP of Operations, Service and Security at Swissport, Head of Cargo Security Branch at EL AL Israel Airlines, and Security Officer for the Municipality of Jerusalem. Ilan's educational background includes studies at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
