Jean-Luc Boutillier

Jean-Luc Boutillier is the Director of Quality & Risk Management at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), a position held since September 2007, responsible for compliance monitoring, management system support, and risk management. Previously, Boutillier served as the Head of Quality at IATA, focusing on the development and improvement of the Management System for Safety and Flight Operations, driving quality functions, and promoting a quality culture across the organization. Prior experience includes roles as Manager Quality & Deputy CEO at Quali-audit, Manager Quality for Europe and Manager Safety Ground Operations at Air France, and Station Manager at UTA.
