Xavier Mirabaud

Xavier Mirabaud has a comprehensive work experience history, starting as a Market & Strategy Consultant at Expertel Consulting in 1998. Xavier then moved on to roles such as Business Unit Manager at Altran Technologies and Sopra Group before joining Kudelski Group, where they held positions as Human Resources Manager and Director of Talent Management. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Xavier Mirabaud completed their Master of Science in Business Administration and Management at IMT Atlantique from 1996 to 2000. In 2013, they pursued a degree in Human Resource Strategy at the London Business School. Finally, in 2015, they attended a program at INSEAD focusing on Business Strategy for HR Leaders.
