David Jimenez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intelligence analysis and education. Currently serving as a Strategic Intelligence Analyst at the West Texas High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area since April 2018, Jimenez has contributed to various professional organizations, including longstanding memberships in the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts and the International Association of Crime Analysts. As an adjunct instructor at Penn State University, Jimenez teaches geospatial intelligence and possesses a wealth of experience from previous roles at the University of Texas at El Paso and American Military University. Jimenez held a significant position at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from January 2009 to April 2018. Moreover, Jimenez served as President of the Lone Star Chapter of IALEIA from June 2021 until January 2024, emphasizing networking and partnerships across multiple sectors.
