Sheila Wenzel Yoga and Somatics, LLC has been a self-employed certified E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, yoga therapist, and Prajna Yoga SATYA teacher since June 2003. In addition to teaching, Sheila Wenzel is a licensed physical therapist assistant, actively practicing since January 2009. Sheila Wenzel also operates Sheila Wenzel Somatics and Yoga, while maintaining a teaching role at the Triad Yoga Institute since May 2003. Since June 2017, Sheila Wenzel has held the designation of certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Sheila Wenzel's education includes studies at Guilford Technical Community College from 2005 to 2008.
