Aniket Nilekar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and industrial relations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at IAC Group since October 2021, Aniket leads HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and digitalization efforts at five manufacturing plants and a corporate office in India.
