Daniel Sanchez

Daniel Sanchez is an experienced professional in human resources with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for International Automotive Components since January 2006, Daniel focuses on enhancing safety culture, environmental practices, and labor competitiveness while driving human resource productivity through effective organizational processes. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Collins & Aikman Mexico and Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Collins & Aikman Toluca. Daniel's foundational experiences include managing personnel planning at Grupo IUSA and development at Volkswagen de Mexico. Daniel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Puebla and completed a Human Resources Program at New York Pace University. Additionally, training in industrial design was undertaken at Escuela de Capacitación Volkswagen.
