Deepali Khairnar

Deepali Khairnar has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Deepali'smost recent role was as the India HR Director at IAC Group, where they currently work. Prior to that, they served as the Head HR (Corporate and R&D) at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, managing the HR team and various centers of excellence. Deepali also held the position of Head - Talent Management, OD, PMS, and HR Analytics at Varroc, where they were responsible for talent interventions across multiple plants and a Tech center. At Tata Motors Ltd., they served as the Lead HR Business Partner for two challenging business units, leading strategic HR initiatives and providing advisory support to business and function leaders. Deepali also has experience in talent acquisition and management roles at Swift Solutions Inc, Global Cynex Inc, SRG America, and Adroit InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. Deepali began their career as a Management Trainee at Godrej. Deepali Khairnar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Jankidevi Bajaj Institute Of Management Studies, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree in Management from MCC, Mumbai, from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Deepali has obtained certifications in Korn Ferry-Hay Job Evaluation Methodology, Occupation Personality Questionnaire (OPQ+), and Behavioral Event Interviewing from respected institutions between 2019 and 2020.
