Diptiranjan Nayak

Diptiranjan Nayak has extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Plant Manager and GM of Operations at IAC Group since May 2012. Diptiranjan leads a team of 400 members overseeing advanced manufacturing processes, including injection molding and robotics ultrasonic welding. Previously held positions include various managerial roles at IAC Group, where Diptiranjan focused on process improvement and achieving the MSES A certification. Earlier experience includes a Production Engineer role at Minda, managing a team and production planning for injection molding operations. Diptiranjan holds an MBA in Operations Management and Research from Sikkim Manipal University.
