Jenna Alfano has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Jenna began their career as an intern at Michigan State University Alumni Relations in 2008. In 2009, they interned at both Live Concepts Media and i3Strategies.
In 2010, Jenna joined IAC Group as a Human Resources Generalist and held this position until 2014. During this time, they took on additional responsibilities including plant support, regional and international project support, and training new HR employees. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at IAC Group, where they played a key role in implementing a new HRIS and leading various HR programs.
Jenna's career then progressed within IAC Group, and they became an HR Manager in 2015. In this role, they oversaw multiple HR functions and served as an interim HR manager at a manufacturing facility. As an HR Manager, they also initiated and managed various talent programs, including a college graduate rotational program and student programs.
Most recently, Jenna has been working at IAC Group as an HR Director since 2018. As the HR Director, they continue to lead various HR initiatives and is a member of the global Code of Conduct team. Throughout their career, Jenna has demonstrated a strong ability to drive HR projects, develop and maintain relationships, and support HR functions at both the corporate and plant levels.
Jenna Alfano completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Michigan State University from 2005 to 2009. Jenna then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Strategic Management from Davenport University between 2010 and 2012. In addition, Jenna obtained a certification in the Senior Leadership Development Program from Aha! Leadership in 2021.
