John Dykowski

John Dykowski has a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. John began their career at Johnson Controls as a Senior Commodity Buyer, and later became the Director of Risk Management, Supply Chain. John then joined Adient as the Director of Purchasing, where they led a global team of buyers and implemented cost-saving strategies. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President Procurement at IAC Group, where they lead a team of buyers and is responsible for reorganizing procurement and driving savings through lean activities. Overall, John Dykowski has a successful track record of managing procurement teams and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

John Dykowski has obtained a BBA degree in Finance and Human Resources from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. John further pursued a degree in MBA with a field of study in General Management from the same university.
