Patrick Bauer has extensive work experience in supply chain management, with a focus on material planning, logistics, and procurement. Patrick has held various leadership positions in reputable companies such as IAC Group, Dana Incorporated, Faurecia, TE Connectivity, Visteon Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and Unisys. Throughout their career, Patrick has successfully managed teams and implemented strategies to achieve profit and cash flow goals, reduce inventory and transportation spend, and streamline delivery processes.

Patrick Bauer earned a BA in Material Logistics Management from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. In 1987, they pursued their MBA in Management & Finance from Wayne State University, completing the program in 1988.
