Ryan Golem

Ryan Golem has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Ryan started their career in 2004 as a Stock Plans Administrator at Allecon Stock Associates, LLC, where they worked until 2006. In 2007, they joined Solium as an Account Manager and stayed with the company until 2011. During their time at Solium, they gained valuable experience in managing accounts. In 2011, Ryan joined IAC Group as a Senior Equity Compensation Specialist and gradually moved up the ladder. Ryan became a Manager of Compensation & Benefits in 2014, a Senior Manager in 2016, and finally, a Director of Global Compensation & Benefits in May 2018. Ryan'swork at IAC Group involved overseeing global compensation and benefits strategies.

Ryan Golem, CEP earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in General Management from Michigan State University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003.
