Steve Gregg

Steve Gregg has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles in the automotive industry. Steve started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Textron Automotive Company and later became an Engineering Manager. At Lear Corporation, they served as a Platform Manager and eventually became the Platform Director for the Ford BU, overseeing program management and commercial activities for a significant amount of business. At IAC Group, they held multiple senior commercial director positions, leading teams and managing all aspects of customer activity, global strategy development, and program and financial objectives. Currently, they are the Senior Director - Global Sales, Power Technologies at Dana Incorporated.

Steve Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, which they completed from 1990 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Tennessee Technological University from 1986 to 1990, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
