Magdy Harmina

Magdy Harmina is an accomplished Mathematics educator with extensive experience in both teaching and leadership roles. Currently serving as an IBEN Global Workshop Leader and IBDP Mathematics Teacher for the International Baccalaureate since April 2023, Magdy facilitates professional development workshops aimed at enhancing educators' understanding of the IBDP curriculum. At Bahrain Bayan School since December 2016, Magdy specializes in IBDP Mathematics, utilizing effective strategies to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. Previously, Magdy held positions as Head of the Mathematics Department at ALHEKMA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, involved in curriculum alignment and lesson design, and taught at various schools, including EAIS and Saint Fatima School, where alignment with educational standards was prioritized. With a Bachelor's degree in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science from Ain Shams University, Magdy has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing student learning through innovative instruction and engagement techniques.
