Sofia Felix

Sofia Felix is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and operations management within the International Baccalaureate's Schools Division since September 2011. As the IB Global IBWS Business Intelligence Manager, Sofia contributes to actionable insights, risk monitoring, and process optimization. Previous roles at the International Baccalaureate include associate managerial positions in operations and professional development services. Prior to this, Sofia worked as a Communications Project Manager at Balkan Buro and held multiple positions at the European Cultural Foundation, where responsibilities included web management and grants administration. Sofia holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Licenciatura in European Studies from the University of Lisbon.
