Anke Feenstra is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Secretary of the Criminal Law Committee at the International Bar Association since January 2023. Additionally, Anke Feenstra holds a position as a board member of the Netherlands Association of Tax Lawyers since April 2021 and has been practicing as an attorney at Hertoghs Advocaten since March 2002, providing support in all phases of criminal proceedings and tax procedures. Previously, Anke Feenstra was a member of the Council of the Order in Breda-Middelburg from March 2017 to March 2021 and worked as an employee at the Legal Consultation Service for Prisoners in 2001, alongside a role as a clerk in criminal cases at the Court of Appeal in 's-Hertogenbosch. Anke Feenstra's education includes an LLM in Law from Utrecht University and a specialization in Criminal Procedural Law from the Willem Pompe Institute for Criminal Law Sciences at Utrecht University.
