Anup Kulkarni

Anup Kulkarni currently serves as the Technology Law Committee Liaison Officer for the Alternative and New Law Business Structures Committee at the International Bar Association since January 2023. Anup has extensive experience in various roles at JSA from June 2014 to the present, progressively advancing from Associate to Partner. Prior to this, Anup worked as an Associate at V.Sreedharan & Associates, Company Secretaries, and held positions at B5 Consulting Private Limited. Anup's educational background includes a Certified Professional in Corporate Governance from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, a Fellow Company Secretary designation, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and HR from Karnataka University, along with ongoing studies in Masters in Business Laws at the National Law School of India University and Chartered Governance at The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
