Manavendra Mishra

Manavendra Mishra is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and international banking law. Currently serving as the Business Crimes Committee - Young Lawyers Committee Liaison Officer and Regional Representative for the Asia Pacific in the Anti Corruption Committee at the International Bar Association since January 2021, Manavendra also holds the position of Partner and Principal Associate at Khaitan & Co since September 2017. Prior to this, Manavendra was a Senior Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co from April 2012 to May 2017, focusing on domestic and international arbitration and litigation. Manavendra’s career began as In-House Counsel for ICICI Bank's International Banking Group, specializing in financing and advisory across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia from June 2010 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a BBA LLB obtained from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and prior studies at Saint Andrews Junior College, Singapore, and Ispat Eng. Med. School, Rourkela, Orissa.
