Martin Brodey

Martin Brodey, a Partner at DORDA Rechtsanwälte GmbH since November 1991, leads the M&A and CEE practice groups. Martin is also a Member of the French-Austrian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and serves as an Officer of the Corporate & M&A Committee at the International Bar Association. Additionally, Martin is a Legal Adviser and Mitglied des Vorstands at the American Chamber of Commerce in Austria. Martin holds an LL.M. from the University of Virginia, a Dr jur in Law from the University of Vienna, School of Law, and attended University of Paris II, Assass briefly in 1986.
