James E Gretz is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in emergency medical services and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at DocGo, James supports the integration of staff into the NYC Health and Hospitals' Transfer Center and oversees the transition to the Epic Transfer Center module. Previously, James held various roles at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, including JeffSTAT Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Transfer Center and coordinating education programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. As an Item Writer and Subject Matter Expert for the International Board of Specialty Certifications, James contributes expertise in the field.
