Cynthia Adoua-Nsingoulou

Cynthia Adoua-Nsingoulou serves as the Head of Legal Affairs at Eni Congo since September 2020, bringing extensive legal and tax expertise to the role. In parallel, Cynthia contributes as an author and correspondent for IBFD and as a supervisor and lecturer in the Executive Masters for Lawyers program at emlyon business school. Prior to these positions, significant experience includes serving as Senior Manager in Tax & Legal at PwC Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa and holding managerial roles at PwC Afrique Francophone Sub-Saharienne. Cynthia’s previous roles also include International Tax Adviser positions at KPMG Luxembourg and Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi. Educational background includes a CEMAC Approved Tax Adviser qualification, a Luxembourg Bar Exam from the University of Luxembourg, a Master's degree in Tax and Legal from emlyon business school, and a DEA in Economic Law from Université d'Orléans.
