Alan Holmes is an experienced professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as a member of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group at the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange (IBDE) and as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Clyde & Co. Alan founded Belong in September 2022 and previously held significant roles at UBS, Lockheed Martin, White & Case LLP, BAE Systems, Stonewall, and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). With a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Leeds, Alan has dedicated over a decade to advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives across various sectors.
