Caroline Tam

Caroline Tam has a diverse range of work experience. Caroline began their career as a Camp Counselor and later served as the Head Counselor at International Ivy Summer Enrichment Camp from 2013 to 2021. In 2020, they worked as an Analyst and later as the Vice President of Marketing at Diversity on the Street.

In 2021, Caroline took on multiple roles, including Junior Analyst at International Business Consulting (IBC) and Student Sustainability Coordinator at Cornell Dining. Caroline also interned at Globe North, LLC as a Summer Intern.

In 2022, Caroline had roles as a Growth & Partnerships member at Apprize and a CDP Summer Analyst at Accenture. Caroline also participated in the 2022 Women in Investment Banking Emerging Leaders Series at KeyBanc Capital Markets.

In 2023, Caroline was a Real Estate Investment Banking Summer Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets and an E-Commerce Development Intern at Livelo - Your Global Bike.

Finally, Caroline held positions as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Recruitment at International Business Consulting (IBC) starting in 2022 and 2023, respectively.

Caroline Tam completed their education at Newark Academy from 2016 to 2020, where they earned an International Baccalaureate and High School Diploma. Caroline then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management with a focus on Finance at Cornell Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management from 2020 to 2023. Following that, in 2023, they briefly studied International Business/Trade/Commerce at The University of Sydney Business School.
