Dan Koopman

Dan Koopman serves as the Innovation Lead & Coach at International Card Services since May 2019, where responsibilities include co-establishing the Innovation department and driving key innovation projects, such as the development of a Voicebot for automating customer service operations. Previously, Dan held the position of Innovation Manager & Coach at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., overseeing the rollout of innovation portfolio management and initiatives across various business lines. Additional experience includes mentoring startups at Rockstart, organizing workshops for The Lean Startup Machine in Amsterdam, and co-founding several ventures focused on social media strategy and addressing challenges faced by amateur football clubs. Dan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Pre-Master in Policy, Communication, and Organizational Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
